How does the subscription work?
When you purchase a product and select the subscription option at checkout, you agree to a monthly recurring charge of $29.99. The first charge occurs 3 days after your initial transaction, and then every 30 days automatically. Your subscription will be billed to the same credit card used at checkout unless canceled beforehand.
To cancel your subscription, please call us at +1 (267) 428-2448 , e-mail us at support@getlilys.com or login to our VIP member area to pause or cancel your subscription yourself at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Other payment methods such as PayPal or bank transfers are not supported at this time.
What are the shipping times?
- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after purchase.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days.
- We provide tracking details once your order is shipped.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Can I return a product?
Of course you can! We accept returns for regular as well as damaged or defective products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Please note: We can not accept returns on free gifts, on sale items or when the product shows signs of usage. Please return it to us in its original packaging.

Note: change, pause or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to ensure no further charges will be incurred.
